Boomerang Live Dispatch is the perfect solution for companies in need of dispatch, configurable for any industry. It solves and streamlines communication in real time between driver and dispatcher. Routing drivers to objectives as well as assigning activity tasks, is done on any device running Android or Garmin. It reduces intervention time and allocates the company’s resources more efficiently.
This product includes all the functions from Boomerang Cost Control and all the functions listed below:
GPS Localisation
This feature allows map localisation as well as real-time vehicle tracking.
The dispatch app uses 4 monitors, so that no event is ever missed.
Allows simultaneous visualisation of the entire activity: both overall and in detail, for any vehicle.
Fleet activity monitoring
Always known:
• The ongoing missions, activity type and status of every unit.
• Whether the vehicle is traveling or not, the purpose of it’s travel, parking with the engine turned on, etc.
Deviation Monitoring
• Signals in real time, visually and auditory, any deviation from the preset rules:
• Speeding/Increase of engine RPM, exit from the current work zone associated by days/interval, schedule, parking with the engine turned on lasting longer than “X” minutes, exceeding the specific time frames for each type of activity.
Activity/Task forwarding
• Choosing the intervention vehicle is done immediately after selecting the objective, based on distance and disponibility of intervention for every active unit.
• Selection of the objective can be done either directly on the map, if it is a new objective, or from a list of existing objectives.
• Along with the Activity forwarding to the unit, other information can be transmitted: Pre-configured messages or editble messages by the dispatchers.

Monitoring of the activity/task
• The message is sent instantly to the unit, message reception’s confirmation to the dispatcher is done automatically by pressing of a button by the driver.
• By using Devices with Android operating systems, the units can recieve activity tasks even from 10m away from the vehicle.
• The navigator will calculate for the unit the optimal route to the forwarded objective.
• The vehicle’s movement to the objective is monitored in detail by the dispatcher, him always knowing the distance on the route to the objective, the travelling speed and the vehicle’s position on the map.
• Reaching the objective is automatically signaled and can be confirmed in addition by the unit.
